SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:
Always striving to offer all guests the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are having an issue with your service, please contact reach out within 7 days so we can address the situation promptly.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are not offered on any services or retail purchases. We are more than happy to exchange retail products for something that would better suit your needs if notified within the above time frames. All sales on extensions are FINAL.
EXTENSTIONS:
We are not responsible for any damage done outside of the salon. We encourage you to get salon products upon leaving your appointment. All extension sales are FINAL. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:
Your appointment is very important to me and I prepare and look forward to your appointment days in advance. I have a text service that confirms all appointments at the time they are made and sends a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. I truly understand life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require that you please give a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot.
All Package Service Appointments require a card on file prior to booking. Your service appointment is reserved for you personally so it is important to communicate with me if a reschedule is necessary with more than 48 hours notice. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it will result in $50 cancelation fee will be applied to the card on file, unless rescheduled. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice a 50% of the service amount will be charged as a last minute cancellation fee to the card on file. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION!
RUNNING LATE:
Please be to your appointments on time however, if you are running reasonably late (5-15 minutes) call me to let me know. When booking Package Service Appointments I make sure to book an extra 15 minute buffer however, If you are running more than 15 minutes late for a package appointment that could result in a loss of a service to maintain proper timing and respect for other guests. No contact, no show after more than 20 minutes late to a Package Service Appointment will be considered to be a no show and will result in a No Show Cancellation fee of 100% cost of service charged to the card on file. More than 10 minutes late to a Haircut reshape will result in loss of appointment and charged a No Show Cancellation fee of 100% cost of the service charged to the card on file and require deposit for future bookings.
